The driver of ALC Lawyers shows us that not all lawyers are the same.
Our Company Director graduated Law with Honours, from the University of Technology, Sydney, in 1989. He pursued employment mainly in Personal Injury Litigation, with firms throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
ALC Lawyers was then established in June 2005, located on the Queensland, New South Wales border. Over the past 7 years ALC Lawyers has built a reputation for integrity, being an approachable, family friendly law firm.

ALC Lawyers aims to provide services to all individuals, especially those who can’t find a lawyer to represent them. There are many reasons why law firms won’t take on a case: economic viability, limitation periods, negligence issues, or there may be something simple that just needs a little more time taken to prepare the case. At ALC Lawyers we will do the work to get our clients the result. We present a refreshed image of the legal world and the people that work within and most importantly those that we serve.
We mentioned economic viability previously, for example, in some Queensland cases, lawyers may charge up to 50% of any payment to the client, in those matters, we are introducing a ‘cost cap’ of 35%. Our costs usually come out at an assessment that equates to 15% - 25%. In difficult matters that have many issues, a client payment can be ‘consumed’ by legal fees, but our new cost cap, reducing fees chargeable by Lawyers in certain matters will result in, we hope, the rest of the profession following our lead.
